well.. this answer might be a little risky... but i used to have ingrown toe nails on my 2 big toes... it hurts so bad.. it might be a little painful.. but the nail techs can take it out... BUT NOT ALL NAIL TECHS KNOW HOW TO DO IT.. go to a SANATIZED salon and ask them do they know how to do it.... its around 25$ much better an a couple of hundreds.
Be careful! An ingrown toenail leaves you wide open for infection. You should see your dr. if it starts getting swollen and painful.
Do not cut it into the toenail corners! Only straight across. If it is irritated or swollen or painful have a doctor check it.
